What does Eddypixels do?
We are a Creative Media & Production Studio with four divisions: Photography; Video & Live Production; Podcast & Digital Content; and Creative Design & Publications.
Can I combine services?
Yes. Eddypixels Experience Packages connect services around Celebrations, Business, Property, and Events & Community. You can also request a custom combination through one inquiry.
Where does drone work fit?
Aerial still images belong to Photography. Drone footage and property walkthrough films belong to Video & Live Production. Availability and practical requirements are discussed when we plan the project.
Do you produce video podcasts and social clips?
Yes. Audio and video podcast recording, episode editing, branding, and clips made from podcast episodes sit within Podcast & Digital Content. Standalone promotional films and event videos sit within Video & Live Production.
What do you need for a livestream?
Share the venue, running order, preferred platform, audience, and expected duration. We will discuss power, audio, internet access, and the production setup before confirming the plan.
Do you design event programs and flyers?
Yes. Event programs, flyers, invitations, brochures, posters, and related promotional materials belong to Creative Design & Publications. Share approved wording, logos, preferred colors, sizes, deadlines, and required formats.
How much will my project cost?
Each service page offers starting options for a custom quote. Pricing depends on the agreed scope, production time, editing or design needs, and deliverables. Send your plans for a written quote; published options do not imply a fixed price.
When will I receive the finished work?
The timeline depends on the scope and editing or design involved. Delivery dates, formats, and any review stages are agreed in your project plan.
What should I bring for passport-size photos?
Bring the receiving authority’s current photo instructions. Share the required size, background, and print or digital format when you inquire.
Does an inquiry confirm my booking?
An inquiry starts the conversation. Availability, scope, and booking terms must be agreed before your booking is confirmed.
Where can I see your work?
Visit our Portfolio page for the link to selected work on Instagram. Public examples are limited to respect client privacy. Ask which relevant examples can be shared for your project.
How does the inquiry form work?
Complete the form on the Inquire page and select Submit inquiry. Your message is sent directly to Eddypixels, and we reply to the email address you provide.
